Possess strong knowledge and ability to identify both CTP and
Conventional plate problems.
Can come-up with correct judgment effectively and perform
trouble-shooting on multi-color printing efficiently. For example:
(a) Correct printing sequence to match proof
(b) Identify set-off issues
(c) Judge what range are acceptable
(d) Identify and rectify problems if related to roller, dot gain and
doubling
Understand basic printing finishing processes such as:
(a) Printing varnish: UV, water-base varnish, matte varnish
(b) Next Processes: Lamination, UV coating, folding, die-cut
Able to lead printers to achieve higher productivity through
efficient make-ready and run in optimum machine speed.
Able to read, write and speak basic English Language.
Basic Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 3,000
With minimum of RM 600/month OT and shift allowance
