A leading supply chain management outsourcing provider in Asia and major brands in IT and Electronics sectors

Your role will be to lead a team of HR staff in Singapore and across geographies (China, India, US, Europe) to further strengthen the value and perception of HR to the global business.


Responsibilities:

Development of the HR Function: reporting to the CEO, you will develop and administer company’s HR policy and participate to the executive committee.

Organization Development: you will focus on leading an organization development program throughout the company to address issues such as succession planning, performance appraisal, workforce development, employee retention, change management, compensation policy, and HR Information System.

Employee Relations: you will determine and recommend HR policies and employee relations practices that foster employee morale and motivation based on good corporate HR practices.

Training and Development: you will assist in the development of employee training system that includes training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on-boarding, management development, measurement of training impact.

Compensation and Benefits: you will assist in establishing and reviewing the Group’s wage and salary structure, oversee the variable pay system and recommend cost effective, to recruit and retain key staff.

Labour Law Practices: you will lead the company compliance with local governmental and labor legal requirements, in order to protect the interests of employees and the company.


Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to serve as a key participant of the executive management
team who provides company leadership and direction
Evidence of integrity, confidentiality, fairness and consistency in implementing
HR policy
Familiar with the challenges to work in a hands-on and decentralized environment
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills


Education and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
Ten plus years of international experience in leadership positions (with a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources)
Reasonable command of Chinese language (speaks and read)
Broad knowledge and experience in employment laws, labor relations, compensation and benefits, safety, training, competency and organization development
Experience in Supply Chain business, preferred
Active affiliations with appropriate Human Resources networks and community involvement, preferred
All Human Resource Professionals, Human Resource Director, Group or Senior / Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Executive from any industries especially in logistics/supply chain and manufacturing industries are also invited to apply

   SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS -

Responsibilities:


Handle the implementation & administration of the salary & benefits program
Review & implement human resources policies & procedures for the Company’s group of BUs & ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective agreement
Conduct job evaluation, compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis against industry trends
Prepare annual salary review and performance bonus budget and drive the annual performance and salary review cycle activities
Provide analysis to support the salary structures recommendations for Singapore and overseas offices
Maintain the job structures for the various profession
Administer expatriate compensation and tax matters
Coordinate annual manpower and HR operating budget exercise together with Finance & HR partners
Involve in various HR projects to review and recommend enhancement in HR and C&B programs in line with the company goals & objectives
Serve as subject matter expert to provide advice to business managers and HR partners on various C&B functions such as job evaluation, grading structure and market trends, C&B policies and expatriate management.


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in C&B
Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, proactive, hands-on and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong people management skills and experience in leading a project team
Experience in regional C&B and expatriate management will be an advantage
Some regional exposure/experiences – no travel required
